Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, scheduled services must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

More than 24 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: May result in a partial refund or cancellation fee.

No-show or same-day cancellations: Generally non-refundable unless due to an emergency or extenuating circumstances (evaluated case-by-case).
Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges
In the event of an overcharge, duplicate payment, or billing error, please contact us. Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
