At Home Care Angels, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. While we aim to provide dependable and compassionate non-medical home care services, we understand that changes may arise. Please review our refund policy below for information regarding service cancellations and reimbursements.


Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

 

To qualify for a full refund, scheduled services must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: May result in a partial refund or cancellation fee.

  • No-show or same-day cancellations: Generally non-refundable unless due to an emergency or extenuating circumstances (evaluated case-by-case).

Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

In the event of an overcharge, duplicate payment, or billing error, please contact us. Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Date(s) of service

  • Reason for your request

We will respond within 7 business days.
