Services Provided

Home Care Angels provides non-medical home care services for clients. Services include, but are not limited to:

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
Companion Care
Transportation Care
Respite Care
Specialized Care
24/7 In-Home Care (Non-Medical)

We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our caregivers are not licensed medical professionals and do not administer medications or perform clinical procedures.

Eligibility and Use

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
You are requesting services solely for lawful, personal, or household use within the State of California.

Scheduling and Service Agreements

All requests for care services must be submitted through our website, by phone, or in person. Services are subject to caregiver availability and a formal care plan agreement.

A Service Agreement will be provided outlining the scope of care, schedule, rates, cancellation policy, and responsibilities of both parties. These Terms and Conditions supplement, but do not replace, any signed Service Agreement.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges as outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule specified, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, or check. All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment systems.

Website Use and Content

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any content.

You may not:

Use our site for any unlawful purpose

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel services in accordance with the terms set forth in your Service Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate care services if safety concerns, non-payment, or policy violations occur.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
